Eric Kung
Chairman & CEO
Human Dynamic
Eric Kung is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of people management consultancy and executive coaching for over 20 years with experience in both MNCs and government organizations.
Human Dynamic was founded in 1993 in Hong Kong, and under Eric’s leadership, has grown to be the leading Integrated People Management Solution (IPMS) provider. With 19 direct offices internationally serving over 95 global companies, Human Dynamic’s IPMS program specializes in people management consulting, learning and development, executive coaching, change management, outplacement consulting service, Work Life Coaching (EAP), and wellness consulting services.
Eric has vast hands-on experience in providing IPMS consultancy to multinational corporations. He has supported top level executives and HR personnel in leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change, and crisis management. Eric has also conducted leadership trainings to middle and senior executives. Customers he has worked with include: Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, ExxonMobil, BP Asia, Shell, DuPont, Dow Chemical, P&G, Nike, MAST, and Li-ning, among many other global companies. Eric travels widely throughout Asia Pacific and Europe as a key consultant and speaker in conferences and seminars.
Prior to founding Human Dynamic, Eric worked for Price Waterhouse Associates (HK). He graduated from McMaster University, Canada, with a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Commerce, and obtained his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Hong Kong. |

Allan Bussard
Director
Human Dynamic Central & Eastern Europe (HDCEE)
Allan Bussard, a native of Canada, has worked in the area of small business and organizational development in Europe since 1975.
Since 1990, he has lived in Bratislava, Slovakia. He is a founder of FBE Ltd, a leading Slovak and Czech consulting firm. In 1995, he co-founded Integra, an economic development agency with operations in Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, Kenya and Sudan.
Integra focuses on enterprise solutions to poverty, with investment, consulting and training engagements in the areas of Microenterprise Development for women at risk, Social Enterprise Development for disadvantaged groups, Corporate Social Responsibility advocacy and training, Fair Trade, youth employment, and enterprise creation.
Since 1999, Integra has helped over 3000 women in Central and Eastern Europe to develop their own businesses.
He is a co-author of, “Corporate Social Responsibility: Overview of Basic Principles and Practices”, an introduction of CSR to the Central European market.
Allan lives and works out of Integra’s head office in Bratislava, with his wife and three children. |

Andrea Chorváthová
Regional Manager – HDCEE
Human Dynamic Central & Eastern Europe (HDCEE)
Andrea is the regional manager for HDCEE, based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
She has extensive training, facilitating, evaluating and consulting experience, in business, governmental and nonprofit sectors. She has trained and provided consulting services for clients from various organizations throughout Slovakia and Central and Eastern Europe in a broad range of managerial, organizational, and communication skills. She has served in key management positions in both local and international organizations.
With a degree in chemical engineering (University in Bratislava) and a postgraduate diploma in Social Development Practice, validated by the University of North London, Andrea has received training from international experts in mediation, evaluation, conflict resolution, management, communication, strategic planning, organization development and other key skills. |

Katarína Lenková
Hotline Manager
Human Dynamic Central & Eastern Europe (HDCEE)
Katarina serves as the hotline manager for Human Dynamic Central and Eastern Europe.
She is a graduate from the University of Economics in Bratislava. She previously worked in the area of financial audit for one of the “big four” companies and later obtained a certificate in counseling from an international training centre in the United States. In addition to her financial backgrounds, Katarina has experience as a teacher and counselor. |
