Life can be stressful sometimes, everyone encounter ups and downs and sometime critical moments. People may feel disempowered, confused and anxious about their own future. Coping with non-adaptive behaviors often not only affecting yourself, but people around, thus it is important to rebuild the individuals’ emotional capacity in terms of hope, realistic optimism, efficacy and engagement in work and life.
