Workshop: Giving Effective Feedback
Date: 8 July 2019
Time: 09:30 – 12:30
Venue: Room C 10/F, 10 Knutsford Terrace, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, HONG KONG
Language: Cantonese
Fee: HK$1,300.00
Speaker: Vincent Liu

Workshop Details:

Culturally we had been encouraged and generally conditioned to praising rather than criticizing. While everyone loves praise, inappropriate utilization can dilute its impact.  Many have overlooked the importance of giving constructive feedback which is instrumental to long term professional development. Studies have proven that those once or twice yearly official feedback sessions neither improve employee engagement nor accomplish developmental intent.

Workshop Objectives:

  • What is valuable feedback and how does one go about constructing it?
  • How does a company develop a culture of effective feedback exchange?
  • What are the do’s and don’ts of giving and receiving feedback?
