Chairman & CEO

Eric Kung is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of people management consultancy, training & development and executive coaching for over 25 years. Eric has tremendous hands-on experiences in consulting corporations in leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change and crisis management, and conducting leadership trainings to middle and also senior executives. Clients he had worked with include: IBM, Intel, HP, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Manulife, Cigna, P&G, J&J, Nike, GE, Dow Chemical, Chevron, government departments and many other global companies.

In 2017 Eric started his PhD program on Leadership and Change at the Antioch University, Ohio, USA.
