In today’s scenario, the focus of the organization has shifted to employee engagement and development. Leadership roles now focus on coaching, grooming and developing the people around them.

Performance Management and Coaching Skills aims to enhance the knowledge of various people management challenges, on the new roles of leadership, coaching theories and types of performance management styles. It will also help them assess and develop their skills and ability to become coaches along with managers.
