Aveline is currently the Managing Director of Human Dynamic Malaysia, Singapore and ANZ, with key responsibilities for strategizing and developing business in Malaysia, focusing on establishing solutions for organizations in Leadership development and Change management. Apart from her management role, Aveline works closely with business leaders, HR practitioners and people managers from various industries in understanding organizational culture and people management challenges, with the aim to enhance employees’ performance and business breakthrough. Ms. Clarisse Valenzuela is a professional with a background in assessment and counseling psychology. She is a registered Psychometrician and is currently finishing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Her research is focused on exploring the experiences of content moderators and creating a training program to enhance their well-being and facilitate seamless work integration. Additionally, she actively participates as a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.
