ERIC KUNG​

Chairman & CEO

Eric Kung is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of people management consultancy, training & development and executive coaching for over 26 years. Eric founded Human Dynamic in 1993 in Hong Kong. Since then he had led the company grown to be a leading Integrated Leadership & Change (L&C) provider in Asia Pacific with 16 direct offices across Asia Pacific over 100 global companies with integrated people management solutions specializing in people management consulting, change management, learning and development, business leadership coaching, outplacement consulting service, Work Life Coaching, and wellness consulting service.

Prior to founding Human Dynamic, he worked for Price Waterhouse Associates (HK) as computer programmer. He had been a lecturer in a community college teaching business computing, marketing and social ethics to post-secondary students. He had worked in social service sector providing counseling, group work and community services to different clientele. Eric has tremendous hands-on experiences in consulting corporations in leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change and crisis management, and conducting leadership trainings to middle and also senior executives. Clients he had worked with include: IBM, Intel, HP, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Manulife, Cigna, P&G, J&J, Nike, GE, Dow Chemical, Chevron, government departments and many other global companies. He travels widely in Greater China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Middle East and Europe as consultant and speaker in conferences and seminars.

Eric graduated from McMaster University, Canada, in 1982 with an honor Bachelor degree in Commerce. In 1985, he entered the University of Hong Kong to obtain his Master degree in Social Work. In 1999 he obtained his second master degree in divinity from the Hong Kong Baptist Seminary. In 2017 Eric started his PhD program on Leadership and Change at the Antioch University, Ohio, USA.

Edmond Ho

Before his retirement Edmund was the Managing Director of ROQ Design and Consulting, Inc. in Vancouver, Canada. He founded Arkon Technologies Inc. in 1993 in Vancouver, and developed the engineering design house into a digital wireless communications product company, Ascalade Communications Inc., headquartered in Vancouver and listed in Toronto Stock Exchange.

Edmund was associate professor in electronic engineering at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His field of interest is engineering management and multinational operations backed by 40 years experience in academic, engineering, corporate and business management.

He was honored by The Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006 Awards for Pacific Region. In 2006 he was nominated “100 Influential Chinese-Canadians in B.C.” by The Vancouver Sun. In 2013, he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for contribution to Canada.

Edmund holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree and Doctor of Science in engineering management. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellows of international engineering institutions.

He is speaker and trainer in Business Ethics, Workplace Ethics and Leadership. He is an author to five books published in Hong Kong.

Andy Chan

Graduated from the Business School of The Chinese University of Hong Kong in the early 80’s, Andy engaged himself as the salesperson in a multinational engineering corporation. This career pathway seems to deviate from most business graduates who join the banking or financial institutions. Andy remains in the same industry till now and with job enrichment to cover sales, marketing, project management, service management, business development, operations and general management. The international exposures in Mainland China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Japan allow Andy to develop skills and knowledge to work with multicultural teams.
Being a practitioner in the engineering industry, Andy has been appointed by the HKSAR government and served two terms as a disciplinary board member and appeal board member of two legislated committees.
Other than holding a Bachelor of Business Administration, Andy has been conferred Postgraduate Diploma in Manufacturing Management and Master of Business from the Victoria University of Technology, Australia; Master of Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia; Postgraduate Diploma in Management Research and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of South Australia. Andy has quite a few academic publications and his research areas are organisational behaviour, change dynamics and organisational identification.
Besides being a professional mentor and trainer, Andy lectures in various institutes including Hong Kong University, City University of Hong Kong, University of South Australia, DeMontfort University of the UK and HKU SPACE.

Roger Ng

Roger Ng is the Director, Financial Advisor, ex-CFO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of accounting and treasury management, with private and public companies for over 30 years. Roger has obtained his Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnics University. Besides, he also obtained a certification course for Master Coach jointed conducted by Open University of Malaysia / International Coach Federation.

Roger has vast hands-on experience in providing financial and accounting training in the Vocational Training Council, Open Learning Institute, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and Hong Kong Productivity Council. He has conducted training in people communication skills, assertiveness training, Managing Gen-Y, project management, retirement planning for companies such as Hong Kong Telecom, Citibank N.A. L’Oreal, IBM and The Hong Kong Productivity Council, Roger will also support BLC (Business Leadership Coaching) for middle-level executives in leading organizational change.

Cathy Wei

Cathy has joined Human Dynamic in1998.  With more than 25 years working experience. now she helps on the Wellness SBU of HD that governs delivery of its Integrated Leadership & Change for its customers globally. Her expertise is helping the corporate crisis management, leadership coaching for resilience building, career development during changing times, emotional health and executive wellness coaching.  She is also the certified Wellness Coach and Executive Coach. Apart from the role, she is also a principal consultant and works directly with clients on counseling, consulting, coaching, supervising the service and providing the training projects.

Lina Lam

Lina currently serves as the Managing Director at Human Dynamic to lead, formulate and implement new business development and consultation services in Korea with the mission to offer effective people management solutions for businesses that undergo the effects of globalization and organizational change.
With over 15+ years of experience aboard in various countries in the Asia Pacific and Canada, she has been working with many Fortune 500 multi-national corporations to design people management strategies, behavioral risk management solutions and new HR initiatives that aiming at enhancing employees’ performance and people management effectiveness. She has hands-on direct consulting work experiences with HR practitioners, middle management up to senior executives to deal with various people management challenges.
In consulting and coaching, Lina’s key focus and passion for resilience development, change and transition management, diversity and inclusion, behavioral risk and wellness. Lina is tri-lingual who speaks English, Chinese and Korean. She is certified to conduct Leadership Potential Evaluation (CeveySystems) and Facet5 personality assessment.

Aveline Teh

Aveline is a registered and licensed Counsellor, currently the Managing Director of South ASIAN, Human Dynamic. Prior to joining Human Dynamic, Aveline had worked in the pharmaceutical industry.
Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry in the past years, Aveline was inspired and believed that she could be part of the coaching profession and reaching out to lives beyond medications. She joined Human Dynamic as a Consultant after completed her master’s program. Aveline has been involving in consulting corporations and individuals in performance management, career development, leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change, crisis management, leadership coaching. Deepika Gupta

Deepika has been in the field of people management and talent development for over 10 years. She has been associated with Human Dynamic for the last 5 years and is currently heading the Leadership & Learning Strategic Business Unit. Her key roles include product development, building staff competency and engaging in market development. She is also a Certified Wellness Coach and a Leadership Coach. She has a keen interest in the drivers of human behavior, which fuel her to delve deeper into the causes and reinforcers of change, whether it be at a professional or personal front. She has taken her research insights into national and international forums as well as published them in books and peer-reviewed journals.

She has multi-industry and cross-regional experience in designing and delivering people management solutions like transition management, change management, learning and development, crisis management and outplacement consulting service. She has been working extensively with both stakeholders and organizational leaders to tailor-make programs that would give them the needed return on expectations. Clients she had worked with include: Intel, Credit Suisse, Swiss Re, HSBC, Western Digital, Cipla, Allergen, Bio-Rad, P&G, Dow Chemicals, Bechtel, Facebook, Delhi International Airport and many other global companies.

Joanne Trina Moreno Javier

Joanne has a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and is currently completing her Ph.D. degree in the same course. A licensed and Certified Developmental Psychologist has served as a resource speaker and has conducted & facilitated a number of training and workshops to various corporate and educational clientele with topics like stress management, career-related topics, mental health awareness, personal growth, etc. among others. She concurrently holds the Deputy Director post for the e-Learning and e-Services Strategic Business Unit of Human Dynamic. Through this role, she spearheads the driving of the Learning Management System which runs modules for Leadership and Change. She actively participates in the creation of content for these topics.
She heads the Developmental Psychology Division of the Psychological Association of the Philippines or PAP, the regulating body of psychologists in the country. A registered professional teacher, Joanne has been teaching for more than a decade and currently works as a part-time undergraduate and graduate lecturer in academic institutions. Volunteer work also gives her the opportunity to collaborate with other psychologists and provide intervention to underprivileged sectors being supported by non-profit organizations.

Bernice Lim

As the Regional Manager of Human Dynamic Singapore, Bernice currently manages the team of affiliate consultants, operations and business development. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and has been coaching a wide demographic of clients in change management. Other than emotional regulation and stress management, the suite of services Bernice specializes in include crisis management consultation and transition management coaching. Sharmini Abd Karim holds a Master of Human Sciences in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and a Bachelor Degree in Human Development specializing in Child and Family Psychology. Sharmini is a registered member of the Asia Pacific Alliance for Coaches (APAC). She has tremendous experience in counselling and coaching with varying issues from mental health, personal development, career development, performance management parenting issues to stress management. Her interest these days are related to personal development, career development, performance management as well as positive parenting. She works with clients to discover their potential, grow and achieve dreams and improve performance, to heal from an adversity (resiliency), reducing the stress associated to parenting and guiding parents to achieve peaceful and effective parenting.

Sharmini also works on crisis management. She works closely with management in planning of the support to be provided, conducts group crisis intervention sessions as well as follow up of one to one sessions with employees who may display signs of distress or PTSD.

Sharmini is also trained in wellness coaching. Using theories and approaches from Health psychology, she works with individual clients to achieve their wellness goals. This is done through lifestyle modification and motivation to continue with the changes which eventually lead to healthy living. Her work in wellness coaching involves working with client on one-to-one sessions as well as group coaching sessions. Her group coaching sessions are related to Building Resilience, Mindfulness, Towards a Fitter You and Towards a Better Sleep.

Sharmini was a monthly speaker at the Parentcraft Workshop at Prince Court Medical Centre where she spoke on Emotional Wellbeing during Pregnancy. She was also involved in coaching medical personnel with psychological skills. She continues to conducts talks and trainings in the areas of Stress Management, Identifying and Dealing with Emotional Distress, Parenting related, Resiliency and Personal Effectiveness, Understanding PTSD, Lifestyle Modification, Motivating Yourself when Things don’t Go Your Way, Changing Bad Habits, Emphatic Communication, talks related to working mothers or returning women.
