The VUCA world today makes it imperative for organizations to constantly adapt to change in order to be a market leader. According to John Kotter, around 70% of organization transformation programs fail because of poor execution and the inability to gain the buy-in of stakeholders.
Leading Change workshop aims to increase awareness about the dynamics of organizational change and management of the challenges to achieve performance breakthrough. It also focuses on teaching new methodologies to implement change using principles of behavioral sciences. With a strong focus on business output, it enhances the participants’ competence to lead businesses, teams, and self in times of change.
