Andy於80年代初期從香港中文大學商學院畢業,爾後便進入一間跨國工程公司擔任銷售員一職。這種職涯發展道路似乎與大多數投身銀行或金融機構的商科畢業生不同。直到現在,Andy仍在同一個行業努力,並在多種領域都擁有豐富的經驗,包括銷售、市場行銷、專案管理、服務管理、業務發展、公司運營和統籌管理等。Andy在中國、臺灣、越南、澳大利亞、新加坡、馬來西亞、菲律賓和日本的國際知名度,讓Andy能夠發展個人技能及相關知識,與多元文化背景的團隊共同合作。

 

作為工業工程的從業者,Andy已被香港特別行政區政府委任,並曾擔任兩任立法委員會的紀律委員會成員和上訴委員會成員。

 

除了擁有工商管理學士學位外,Andy還獲得了澳大利亞維多利亞科技大學的製造管理研究生文憑和商務碩士學位、澳大利亞皇家墨爾本理工學院工程學碩士、南澳大利亞大學管理研究研究生文憑和哲學博士。Andy著有許多學術出版刊物,他的研究領域為組織行為、變革動態和組織認同等。

 

Andy除了是一名專業的指導者和培訓師,也身兼在香港大學、香港城市大學、南澳大利亞大學、英國德蒙特福特大學和香港大學SPACE在內等多個學院進行演講。

 

 

Edmund Ho

Vice-Chairman 副董事長

C.Eng., B.Sc.(Eng), D.Sc., FIET, FManf., FHKIE, SMIEE.

 

退休前,Edmund是加拿大溫哥華ROQ設計與諮詢公司的董事總經理。1993年,他在溫哥華成立Arkon Technologies Inc.,並接續將工程設計公司延伸發展成為數位無線通訊產品公司Ascalade Communications Inc.,其總部位於溫哥華,並在多倫多證券交易所上市。

 

Edmond同時也是香港理工大學電子工程系副教授。他的興趣領域是工程管理和跨國運營,並在學術界、工程技術、公司和商業管理間,擁有40年的豐富經驗。

 

他獲得了2006年度太平洋地區安永企業家獎的殊榮。同年,他也被溫哥華太陽報提名為「有史以來100位具影響力的華裔加拿大人」。在2013年,他被授予伊莉莎白女王二世鑽石禧獎章,以表彰他對加拿大所做出的貢獻。

 

Edmond擁有工程學學士學位以及工程管理學博士學位。他更是國際工程機構特許註冊的工程師及研究員。

 

除此之外,Edmund也擔任商業道德、職場倫理及領導力相關課程的講師與培訓人員。他同時也是一名作者,已有5本著作於香港正式出版。

ERIC KUNG

​龔炳然

Chairman & CEO 天力亞太董事長兼首席執行官

 

Eric Kung是天力創辦人,同時也擔任董事長與首席執行官的現職。他在人員管理諮詢、人員培訓發展以及高管教練領域,擁有超過28年的豐富經驗。Eric於1993年在香港創立了天力。爾後,他帶領公司逐步成長為亞太地區領先的領導力與變革(L&C)整合型服務供應商,在亞太地區設有16個直屬辦公室,為全球超過100家企業提供整合型人事管理解決方案。聚焦於人員管理諮詢、變革管理、學習與發展、企業領導力教練、向外轉職諮詢服務,工作生活教練以及健康諮詢服務。

 

在創立天力之前,他曾在Price Waterhouse Associates(HK)擔任電腦程式設計師。他也曾是一名社區大學的講師,專門講授關於商務計算、市場行銷和社會道德相關知識。他更曾在社會服務部門工作,為不同的客戶提供諮詢,小組工作和社區服務。Eric在企業諮詢方面有豐富的實作經驗,可以有效領導公司變革,處理變革和危機管理中的員工溝通問題,以及對中高階管理人員進行領導力相關培訓。

Eric在1982年畢業於加拿大麥克馬斯特大學,獲得商科學士學位。1985年,他進入香港大學並獲得社會工作碩士學位。1999年,他從香港浸會神學院獲得了第二個神學碩士學位。2017年,Eric在美國俄亥俄州安提阿克大學(Antioch University)開啟了他領導力與變革博士學位的旅程。

Roger Ng

Roger Ng is the Director, Financial Advisor, ex-CFO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of accounting and treasury management, with private and public companies for over 30 years. Roger has obtained his Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnics University. Besides, he also obtained a certification course for Master Coach jointed conducted by Open University of Malaysia / International Coach Federation.

Roger has vast hands-on experience in providing financial and accounting training in the Vocational Training Council, Open Learning Institute, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and Hong Kong Productivity Council. He has conducted training in people communication skills, assertiveness training, Managing Gen-Y, project management, retirement planning for companies such as Hong Kong Telecom, Citibank N.A. L’Oreal, IBM and The Hong Kong Productivity Council, Roger will also support BLC (Business Leadership Coaching) for middle-level executives in leading organizational change.

Sharmini Abd Karim

Sharmini Abd Karim擁有馬來西亞國際伊斯蘭大學(IIUM)臨床與諮商心理學人文科學碩士學位,以及專研孩童與家庭心理學的人類發展學士學位。Sharmini更是亞太地區教練聯盟(Asia Pacific Alliance for Coaches, APAC)中經註冊認證的教練會員之一。她在諮詢與教練上有非常豐富的經驗,也處理過許多不同類別的議題,像是心理健康、個人成長、職涯發展、行為管理、親職教育的壓力管理等。而她近期的興趣在個人成長、職涯發展、績效管理及正向親職等面向上,有很大的延伸與投入。透過發揮所長,Sharmini與客戶共同合作,以協助客戶發掘潛能、成長、達成目標並改善績效,以及提升其在逆境中的恢復力(韌力),除此之外,Sharmini也會協助客戶減緩親職責任所帶來的壓力,並指導父母在教育上如何實踐和平、有效的教養策略。

Sharmini持續致力於在變革管理上提供諮詢工作。她與客戶協力工作,將變革管理區分為前、中、後三個階段,並親身投入於其中。她不僅為管理階層提供諮詢建議和相關培訓,以幫助他們更好地規劃變革中的溝通流程。在溝通期間,她除了親自到現場提供支持,在溝通後期,以甚進入尾聲,她也會著手安排有關員工階層的變革與適應力培訓、講座等。

Sharmini在危機管理層面也有所投入。她會與管理層緊密合作,以更完整地導入支持系統,同時安排危機團體介入措施,並針對可能遭受劇烈反應或有創傷後壓力反應跡象的員工,提供一對一跟進的追蹤與支持。

Sharmini也受過健康教練的專業訓練。她運用健康心理學的理論與方法,與個案共同前進,以幫助他們達成健康目標。這主要是透過幫助個案改變生活方式、找到驅動自我持續改變的動力,進而徹底引領自我邁向健康生活。Sharmini的健康教練服務包括與客戶進行一對一的教練指導,或是團體小組式的教練課程。她的團體小組課程主題涵蓋韌力提升、正念、從健康睡眠邁向全人健康等。

Sharmini在馬來西亞太子閣醫療中心(Prince Court Medical Centre)的親職教育工作坊(Parentcraft Workshop)擔任每月固定講師,主要分享在孕期期間的情緒健康議題。她還參與了為醫療人員指導心理輔導相關技能。除此之外,Sharmini一直在諸多議題中鑽研,提供講座與培訓等,其主題包括壓力管理、辨別和處理低落情緒、親職責任相關議題、個人韌力與效能、了解PTSD、生活風格調整、在事情發展不如人意時,適當地激勵自我、改變不良習慣、提升溝通品質,以及有關在職婦女或孕後復工女性的相關議題。

Shruti Sapre

Shruti Sapre是天力的專業顧問及培訓教練。她不僅是健康教練,也是經專業認證的企業領導力教練和訓練有素的般尼克療法的能量療癒師。Shruti擁有和數百名的員工共同協作的經驗,她不斷地激勵員工,以幫助其有效地實現工作生活平衡,並且能夠更好地管理人際關係。

專長領域:培訓課程與議題推廣,例如工作中的情緒管理、養育高情商孩子、正念、工作場域的性騷擾防治(POSH),以及在印度和斯里蘭卡為普通和管理階層的女性,提倡並提供產期過渡的支持服務。

Wei Xia

Wei Xia擁有日本鳴門教育大學臨床心理學碩士。她於2006年加入天力,為許多全球企業500強的公司提供諮詢、培訓、危機干預、變革管理和其他教練服務。

 

專長領域(諮詢):兒童教育、婚姻與家庭、工作壓力、職涯發展、人際溝通及人員管理等。

 

在培訓方面,Wei Xia提供諸多面向的訓練指導,在涉及工作層面議題,諸如壓力和情緒管理、性格與人際溝通、辨別並協助工作場域中高風險的員工、與主管溝通等;提及個人、生活方面議題,則包含婚姻成長力列、兒童教育系列以及個人成長系列等內容。

Lina擁有超過15年的豐富經驗,在加拿大與亞太地區多個國家、地區,持續與諸多財富500強的跨國企業合作,為其設計人員管理策略、行為風險管理和新穎的人力資源措施,旨在為組織提升員工表現和人才效能。她與人力資源夥伴、中層管理人員到高階管理人員都有直接聯繫與諮詢的工作經驗,可以充分應對各方面的人員管理挑戰。

Cathy於1998年加入天力,具有25年以上的工作經驗。現在,她致力於協助天力的Wellness SBU,負責為全球客戶交付「整合式領導力與變革服務方案」。 她的專長是幫助企業管理危機、進行領導力培訓以提升韌力、在變動時期發展職涯、情緒健康和高階管理者健康教練。她同時也是具備認證的健康教練和行政教練。除了擔任SBU總監職位以外,她還是天力的首席顧問,直接與客戶聯繫並合作,提供專業諮詢、建議、教練輔導、服務監督和培訓計畫。

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales revenue, develop new business and engage local and regional customers;
  • Develop and execute strategic business plan to maximize business development opportunities, increase market share and create value-added solutions & services for clients;
  • Manage client needs, project planning & implementation, day-to-day operational matters and any emergency service requests;

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, deliver and lead projects on integrated solutions for Leadership & Change, and other related services as provided by the Company to corporate clients;
  • Provide individual or group sessions on coaching, counseling, or consultation services to Company’s corporate Work Life Coaching clients in accordance to applicable professional code(s) in Hong Kong;
  • Prepare proposals, training materials, conduct training sessions and support e-learning for Company in a professional manner;
